American Open Spaces

American Open Spaces (AOS) for American Truck Simulator is a fictional map
expansion mod designed to complement and expand the existing ATS world. Unlike
official DLCs developed by SCS Software, AOS focuses on creating a unique trucking
experience through a blend of realistic environments, original communities, and
expanded road networks.

The project features:
Fictional highways, backroads, and scenic routes
Custom-built towns and communities
Real-world city names integrated into the map alongside fictional locations
Unique landmarks and points of interest
Additional industries, delivery locations, and economic opportunities
Vast rural landscapes designed to capture the freedom of long-haul American trucking

American Open Spaces combines recognizable destinations with original regions,
allowing drivers to travel between real-world cities and fictional communities while
exploring new roads and industries not found in the base game. The map is designed
to maintain the atmosphere and realism of American Truck Simulator while offering a
fresh and expanded trucking experience.

As development continues, American Open Spaces will provide hundreds of miles of
additional roads, diverse terrain, and new destinations for drivers to discover, creating
a seamless extension of the ATS world.
